Heritage Parts® Extends Customer Service and Shipping Hours
New Hours Will Deliver Better Service to Customers Across the Country
FORT WAYNE, Indiana - March 27, 2017 – Starting March 27, Heritage Parts will extend its service hours so customers can talk to a customer service team member or place orders until 8:00 p.m. EST on weekdays. The customer service and distribution centers will be open to take calls and process orders later during the week. The new hours translate into on-line and call orders placed up until 8:00 p.m. Monday-Friday to ship “same day” for “in-stock” orders.
“We are always looking to make the process as easy as possible for our customers and service technicians to get back up and running quickly when they need a part,” said Heritage Senior Vice President of Operations Chris Sperry. “The added convenience and service from being open the most hours in the industry will support all customers, but more specifically those who are in the Pacific, Rocky Mountain and Central time zones.”
Heritage Parts is leading the industry by combining its expert customer service with its robust online solution to create an advanced omni-channel experience that now extends into its expanded service and shipping hours. While personalized service and customized solutions will always set Heritage apart, customers can view the largest inventory of in-stock genuine OEM parts in the industry and in high definition from more angles with greater detail than other online options.
