Canadian Acquisition Expands the Company's Aftermarket Service and Genuine OEM Parts Distribution Footprint to Include the Province of Quebec
FORT WAYNE, Indiana â€“ July 13, 2015 â€“ Heritage Food Service Group, Inc. today announced that it has acquired Choquette CKS, Inc. of Montreal and Quebec City, Quebec for an undisclosed amount.
Founded in 1913, Choquette is the largest and most respected Foodservice Equipment Repair and Genuine OEM Parts Distributor in the Province of Quebec.

KFES fields 49 service technicians out of seven service offices located across British Columbia, Alberta and Saskatchewan. Key also enjoys a team of 7 dedicated parts specialists who serve the company's technicians, subagents and self-service operators with parts identification, technical support and shipment of Genuine OEM Parts from the company's two parts warehouses.

Founded in 1896 in Toronto, Ontario, by the company's namesake as a business focused mainly in plumbing and tinsmith work, the company evolved into what is now the largest factory-authorized aftermarket service provider to commercial kitchens in the Greater Toronto Area and the broader Province of Ontario. RGH fields 30 technicians from its Toronto location. Henderson also enjoys a growing Genuine OEM distributed parts business serving the eastern provinces from its Toronto warehouse, driven and supported by a team of 14 dedicated Parts Specialists.
