Unified Brands Selects Heritage Parts to Join "Unified Circle"

Revolutionary New Program to Increase Support and Productivity for Service Companies and Uptime for the End Customer

 FORT WAYNE, Indiana - June 9, 2015 - Heritage Parts recently announced that it has been selected as a preferred parts provider for Unified Circle, a revolutionary new program from Unified Brands, a leading commercial kitchen equipment manufacturer. The Unified Circle program aligns industry leading parts distributors with Unified Brands' existing network of Authorized Service Agents (ASAs) to strengthen the company's aftermarket service delivery.

Heritage excels at supporting ASAs with ready access to the right part at the right time, every time. The overriding goal of Unified Circle is to leverage such capabilities to improve service performance at the local level for the end-user while reducing the total cost-to-serve for the ASAs. Unified ASAs will now source all of their Unified parts from Heritage, or another Unified Circle partner, rather than from Unified Brands directly.
