Heritage Parts Announces BBB Accreditation

eCommerce Site Endorsed as Honest and Fair Business Practice

FORT WAYNE, Indiana - May 27, 2015 - Heritage Parts recently announced a Better Business Bureau accreditation for its eCommerce site which was approved by the Board of Directors of the BBB serving Northern Indiana. As a BBB Accredited business, Heritage is committed to the BBB's Standards of Trust and delivering quality products to its customers and has earned the highest validation with an A+ rating.

"We've always been BBB accredited, but felt it was important for our customers to understand that our online presence was just as reliable and trustworthy as our traditional business," said Heritage Senior Vice President of Strategic Marketing Bryan LiBrandi. "This endorsement is focused on and the benefits it brings to strengthen Heritage's commitment and support to its OEM partners and their factory authorized servicers." was created to give customers every possible option for researching and purchasing replacement parts for commercial and institutional kitchen equipment. Whether online, via phone or through email, Heritage customers have true 24/7 access to what they need, when they need it. This omni-channel solution allows customers to contact a customer service advisor directly from the website for any additional research and purchases they may need.

"When we launched our eCommerce site, we wanted to deliver the same level of customer service and support that we have been known for in the foodservice industry," said LiBrandi. "Since the BBB encourages consumers to always check a company's Business Review before making a purchase, we felt that reference would give our customers an even greater sense of security when going online to specify and make purchases once they realized we were BBB accredited."

BBB Accredited businesses must adhere to BBB's "Standards of Trust," a comprehensive set of policies, procedures and best practices representing trustworthiness in the marketplace. The standards call for building marketplace trust, embodying integrity, doing business responsibly, advertising honestly and telling the truth, being transparent, honoring promises, being responsive and safeguarding privacy.
