Heritage Foodservice Group Introduces New Branding Platform to Support the Heritage Parts Business Focus

FORT WAYNE, Indiana - May 16, 2014 - The Heritage Foodservice Group, Inc. has launched a rebranded identity by debuting a new brand mark, website and marketing campaign in print, digital and video media for the Heritage Parts division of its business. These marketing tools are based on a new branding platform and business focus designed to position Heritage Parts as the first choice of foodservice operators and service agents for genuine OEM replacement parts for foodservice equipment.

Heritage Chief Executive Officer John T. McDonough said, "The Heritage Parts rebrand is much more than a facelift. We have invested in our people, our culture, our technology and the way we get things done - all to better serve our customers and OEM partners. The new look is intended to inform our stakeholders of changes in the company, and how those changes will benefit them directly."

Building on the core value proposition that made Heritage the leader in commercial kitchen repair parts distribution - the industry's most knowledgeable customer service team backed by the broadest and deepest investment in genuine OEM parts inventory - Heritage has taken steps to sharpen its strengths and bring new attributes to its position in the marketplace as Heritage Parts.

"We are the leader in a category we helped to create. Our goal is to continue to reinvent parts distribution to better serve the foodservice industry," said McDonough. "To that end, we are strengthening our operational capabilities and business focus while refining our value propositions."

Heritage Parts has defined two clear missions. For customers: provide the highest quality customer care, working hard to build lasting relationships and deliver the answers our customers count on. For OEM partners: extend the OEM brand and service reach beyond their existing networks.

Heritage has strengthened its parts branding story by focusing on four core elements:
  • 100% Genuine OEM parts
  • Dedicated Customer Care
  • The Industry's Largest In-Stock Inventory
  • Operational Excellence

With over 800 OEM partners, more than 43,000 different parts in-stock, 120 dedicated parts specialists delivering 99+ percent parts identification accuracy and 98+ percent same day shipping performance on stock items, Heritage Parts operates from a strong foundation as the leading provider of genuine OEM repair and replacement parts and authorized aftermarket service for commercial and institutional kitchen equipment.
